We’ll fulfill orders in the order they were received. If production or logistics move faster or slower than expected, we’ll update you by email.
The first batch is exclusively available to: The U.S, The UK, The EU, Brazil, Mexico, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, and China. If your destination is not available at checkout, contact support for options.
Rates and carriers are shown at checkout and depend on destination, service level, and package weight.
Expedited options (where available) apply once your order leaves our facility; they do not shorten the pre-order wait.
When your unit is ready, allow 3–7 business days for final QA and hand-off to the carrier.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
To keep things moving, we may ship items in your order separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
You can update your shipping address any time before your order is prepared for shipment:

We can't reroute packages once a carrier has picked them up.
International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, and handling fees charged by your local customs authority. These costs are not included at checkout unless explicitly labeled as “Duties & Taxes Included.” Customers are responsible for any additional import charges.
Transit times shown at checkout are estimates from the carrier and start after your package ships. Remote locations and customs processing can add time.
Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
Marked delivered but missing: First, check with household members and neighbors. If still missing, contact the carrier to file a claim and email us with the claim number.
We’ll help investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
At checkout, you can add device protection (covers theft, loss, and accidental damage) for an additional fee. Terms are shown during checkout.
You may cancel for a full refund anytime before shipment of purchase.

Supply-chain, regulatory, or carrier issues can impact schedules. If the April 2026 window changes, we’ll email updates and post notices on our site.
